WicklowTrad.com is dedicated to promoting top quality traditional Irish music in the Wicklow area.
We organise two weekly Sessions in Wicklow town in Philip Healys Bar and Ernies Bar.

Uilleann pipes
This is the inagural season for Wicklow Trad. Weekly ‘live’ sessions take place in Philip Healys Bar on Wednesday nights at 9pm and in Ernie’s Bar on Friday nights at 9pm.
The sessions will feature top quality local and regular visiting musicians.
All musicians are welcome and encouraged to come and join in the sessions and, of course, the sessions will be a treat for trad fans and visitors from anywhere and everywhere.
From the thump of the Bodhrán to the airy rasp of the wooden flute, traditional music is known by its instruments and featured instruments will be

Philip Healys, Wicklow Town
We’re delighted that the proprietors of both Philip Healys Bar and Ernies Bar are allowing us to bring top quality Irish Traditional music to the town.
Both venues are establishments of the highest quality and a visit anytime will not dissapoint.
